Plus villains killed off screen could easily be brought back with a flimsy explanation.

So then why kill them off? Let the fans at least have the pleasure of knowing these characters are out there somewhere.

umm yeah it is one of the 1st things confirmed about it was it took place in the arkhamverse

also, events from the movie are referenced in the arkham knight comics

And the Arkham Knight comics are 100% confirmed canon so...

why wouldn't they be canon

Many people were doubting that they were canon earlier.

That's kind of who Jason was in the beginning though! XD

Who did he kill in the comics other then that lightning bug guy from batman and robin? It reminds me of how Gotham Knights was just hush and black mask beating up other villians to look cool. Hush even beat up joker to the point that joker actually cried about it and hid for months. What a load.

He killed a lot of minor villains. The Ratcatcher, Tweedledum, Tweedledee, the 2nd electrocutioner, Black Mask (although not confirmed) and apparently Clock King. I really would have liked to see Hush beat the Joker into tears, would have made him at least at little bit relevant and interesting in the game.

Oh yeah i knew about that I thought you where talking about mainstream comic jason.
