Hush appearing in Arkham Origins: 3/10. I mean I'm sure we will see or hear of Thomas Elliott and maybe get a better understanding of Hush's origin in the Arkhamverse. I think it would set things up nicely for a large role in a sequel.

Hush appearing in a sequel to Arkham City: 10/10. As many have already said he was set up too well to just go under the radar. I'd say he will be a driving force in a sequel. Robinhood pretty much had the idea, I was thinking. The only thing I would add is I feel the death of the Joker is going to play a huge role in defining Batman in the sequel. I mean he mentioned it in a Scarecrow nightmare but I feel Batman is living with the pain every day. Whether it be a scarred psyche or the Joker coming back from the dead, I think it is going to play a big role.

In my opinion, the story basically would have to have the world of Bruce Wayne/Batman crumbling and setting up a darker, grittier Batman and/or the need for other superheroes and his sidekicks to make an appearance. Hush would be the perfect villain to start that fire.

On the list of enemies in the wiki about Origins did not include Hush.

Spoiler: show
Once you find out that Hush surgically made himself look like you,he rants about how he will get out of the city and walk into Gotham. Once he walks out that door, you never see him again so it leaves on a cliffhanger?

It would be really annoying for the fans who finished that mission and never get the chance to get him apprehended.

Appearing in Arkham Origins

I'm thinking we could definitely have references to Tommy Elliot throughout the game.

"Master Bruce, I forgot to remind you that your friend Dr Elliot rang again,"
"Thanks Alfred; remind me to talk to him after I've dealt with all this."

Or something like that. :oldyella:

Hush's chances of appearing are practically nil. Batman met him for the first time in Arkham City. The only hope is that maybe Thomas Elliot will appear. Not hush.

Sadly, Hush has a 0/10 chance of appearing in Arkham Origins.

In an Arkham City sequel I'd say his chances are pretty much 10/10.

The one exception to this rule could be a medical mission, protecting surgeons on the streets, and one of those surgeons just happens to be Tommy Elliott. An encounter between Elliott and Batman, years prior to Arkham City. It would be a nice easter egg, but even then the chances of that happening are 1/10.

I hope that Hush will be a major part in Arkham 3 :D

No Hush does not know Bruce=Batman yet.
I guess he will discover it in Arkham 3.

Does Hush already know that Bruce is Batman? Because this may be common knowledge for all I know but in the cutscene on Hushs side mission when he reveals himself, he copies Batmans voice on the last part of his dialogue.

I noticed that no one has written an additional info section for Hush...and I just couldn't let that happen to my favourite villain, so I wrote one:

Additional Information: Thomas “Tommy” Elliot is one of the most gifted surgeons in the whole world. He has repaired broken bodies, invented numerous cures and he even fixed Harvey Dent’s face with only a minor scar to show for it (Dent’s face was damaged again soon after though). As the villain Hush, Elliot uses his training in the medical field to commit elaborate, well planned and well executed crimes with surgical precision. An expert marksman with his twin handguns and a hand-to-hand combatant almost on par with Batman himself, Hush often forms alliances with other villains, such as the Riddler, to carry out his plans. Elliot is a very dangerous man to cross and his hatred of Bruce Wayne is matched only by his determination to be the one to kill him.

Hope that this is good enough to be put up on the front page!

No doubt Hush will be in A3, and possibly the main villain, maybe the final boss battle.

He could work with Scarecrow and Riddler like in the Hush novel.
I think he will try to ruin Bruce's reputation, by making the police believe he is a criminal: the identity thief! since Bruce prints are still on the corpses I believe, if Batman has not got rid of them (which could be surprising, but you never know he was really busy in AC).

Maybe he will get caught by Ras al Ghul, that will think he is the true Bruce Wayne, and therefore Hush will discover that Batman = Bruce Wayne.

I'd say he will definitely appear given the side mission/cliffhanger/buildup to his character introduction. And I look forward to it.

That's his chances of appearing (no typo).

I think that all of the side missions that says their flags for further information, will be in the next game. If there is a next game.

Possible Role: Weeks after Arkham City one night Bruce Wayne is in the East End doing volunteer work at a homeless shelter. Under this particular building there are some of the ruins of old Gotham, and a certain Killer Croc. Croc comes up through the floor of the building and kidnaps Wayne.
For weeks Bruce is stuck under the control of Scarecrow in a horrible nightmare that shows him all his past failures: failing to save Jason, Barbra's back broken, failing to save The Red Hood (Joker) from the vat of acid, failing to save Talia and the death of the Joker. All the while Bruce is in the dream Hush has replaced him by making Croc be found through the control of Poison Ivy. Hush (as Bruce) says he is running for Mayor and uses this event as leverage in his campian.
Hush is now Mayor and a week after he is in office, climbs to the top of the building and calls the Gotham news team to the base of the building, saying it will be the scoop of a lifetime. At this time the real Bruce Wayne and Mad Hatter are brought to the top of building. Hush then moves the group on the roof into a helicopter and they go to the Gotham River Bridge. The reporters are following behind with cameras rolling as Hush jumps off the bridge to what would be a deadly fall if he had hit the water, but Mad Hatter made the reporters see what Hush wanted them to- The suicide of Bruce Wayne. Now the real Bruce Wayne is only left with the mantle of Batman as an identity.
