I hate WBM for making Electrocutioner a character that is a joke and made him completly stupid.

I think the Most Wanted Roster should be filled with "Lesser Villains" the ones that would seem an annoyance/pestering or trying to make a name for themselves:
Black Spider (Johnny LaMonica)
Electrocutioner (Lester Buchinsky)
Great White Shark
Professor Pyg
Ratcatcher
Rhino and Mugsy

The list can go on, im not sayin just these individuals but you get an idea of where im going with the Most Wanted Mission...I hope.

Can i pick'm or can i pick'm

I can see a lot of potential in terms of his boss fight, having to attack him long range in order to avoid his gauntlets. The redesign is also interesting, they've made him pretty bulky in comparison to previous incarnations.

I don't think he's that bulky, he's probably just wearing padded armor, like the armored enforcers. Maybe that will play a role in defeating him.

Great to see Electrocutioner as an assassin in Arkham Origins. Wonder what he will be like in the game.

I was thinking the same thing when I first read this topic. And Zeus could really shine in the Arkhamverse, definitely after all the hints about his past through riddles and his building in the city prison, that makes him sound like a pretty epic version of the man.

This guy is new to me too, and I was surprised by his late first appearance. Judging by his name, to me he sounded like some lame 1950's-era villain :adam:

Having said that, he could be the kind of not-so-known villain Rocksteady could make cool and they could use him for a side mission with a nice little boss fight.

Agree with 3/10 on his chances of appearing, though.

Live Wire.

I also hear about this guy for the first time, and there are tons of other way cooler villains who have much more chances to appear than this guy, so... 0/10

Sounds like he would make for a good boss fight, but lack of popularity means less chance of appearing. 2/10

Additional Information
Originally trying his hand at heroism, Lester found that his short attention span, shorter patience and slant toward rough justice didn't gel with the Batman's view on vigilantism and nearly killed the Dark Knight when he tried to curb the Electrocutioner's penchant for the lethal.
Turning to the other side, Electrocutioner began committing low-level heists with the Cluemaster and other Arkham-rejects they met in Blackgate. He later supplemented this by selling himself as a thug-for-hire, working with the likes of Penguin and Prometheus.

Possible role in Arkham 3
Electrocutioner provides a threat that Batman hasn't really faced so far in the Arkhamverse; blasts of electricity. A long range threat, Batman would have to take Lester's insulated suit and power gloves out using his greater knowledge of science in order to get close for a beat down.

Essential reading
Detective Comics #644-666 (Electric City); Robin #1-5; Justice League: Cry for Justice; Green Arrow & Arsenal: Rise and Fall

Chances of appearing in Arkham3
3/10
