I recently rewatched this and I think this movie is solid 8/10. I take the 6 score back.

It would have been sensible to have him be Bob, since Bob was his buddy.

But yeah, it was Chill who in that universe just happened to know Jack at one time.

I went all the way to wikipedia to see if he was played by the same actor as Bob, but alas he wasn't.

And yes, that is indeed Chill.

I think Bob Kane even agreed he liked the Joker bit and if he'd made up Joker earlier, he probably would have changed it to him instead of Chill. Something like that.

And yes, that is indeed Chill.

I think Bob Kane even agreed he liked the Joker bit and if he'd made up Joker earlier, he probably would have changed it to him instead of Chill. Something like that.

I'm patiently waiting for someone to attempt to disprove this.
