DC Comics Graphic Novel Collection

Post by Leiylakix » Dec 9th, 2018, 11:47 pm

Besides the Walking Dead, I have not heard of any of those. Are those good comics to read?

I don't like how the spines cut off part of the art.
Green Lantern = Sinestro
Flash = Captain Cold
Aquaman = Black Manta
Superman = Bizarro
Batman = Joker
Wonder Woman = No one

It makes it look unbalanced as they cut Cheetah out of the villains art.

I don't fancy Ross' artwork too much, but I like the uniformed look of the books. I really dig those Lantern books too, but even if I could get them I already picked up Geoff Johns Vol 1 & 2 omnibi. Good luck though Dick-chan, this is definitely a collection to be envious of.

And im already tapped out getting the Dredd partwork from Hachette :P

You'd have to email Eaglemoss. Here's the page to do so. How nice am I?????

You guys know how naughty I am, so this collection is a god send to me and I can finally start collecting graphic novels. I've only just realised that I need a shelf wide enough to fit these on :oldyella:

You'd have to give the publisher an email.

I wish I could get these, but I already have 75% of the books that they're offering. :(

Same here but I want them for the spines. :oldyella:

This is a pretty sweet way for people to get their hands on a bunch of the more obscure GN titles. It's really neat how varied the selection is, covering multiple characters across the DC Universe. I own a few of the GNs listed, but's it's definitely something I'll look into. My only gripe is that although the spines by Ross are a nice touch, I think that ruins the aesthetic of each individual book.

The only thing I don't like is the waiting :oldyella: Instead of waiting 2 weeks to get my next issue I now have to wait a month because I'm a subscriber. They send out 2 issues a month and I need my fix of Jason in the second part of Hush. :cry:

I've had to do that a few times too. I can't fault it though.
