Awesome posters to match an awesome second trailer.

This looks incredible. Themyscira looks like Libertalia from Uncharted 4 and I love it. Also, are the villains Doctor Poison and Ares? That's definitely what it looks like.

^^Indeed. What a fu*king awesome trailer that was. :D
I don't know much about Dr. Poison, but her inclusion is very appreciated.

Also, let's hope there is no Director's cut this time around. I mean, I've been enjoying everything (almost everything) that I'm seeing from the DC movies, so far, but I want them to be as epic as the trailers make them seem to be.

Apparently, Ares has been confirmed for the Wonder Woman film.

Some people at that comment section claim that they went to the test screening of WW, and well, according to them, Ares was... disappointing. One of them compared Ares to Cloud Galactus. :|
There is also a rumor that the WW movie Lego set features a brick-built giant Ares minifigure.

Oh boy! Ares is about to be wasted... Now I'm sad.

I don´t think they are necesarilly going to waste him.

Spoiler: show
That bit about him killing Zeus sounded pretty cool.

Indeed. That sounded really cool.
But, personally, I think a good antagonist is one of the most important aspects of the comic book movies, a comparison to cloud Galactus/Parallax makes it seem like Ares is going to be nothing but a "generic monster" villain. Let's just hope he lives to die another day (that is if he's not that bad like it seems).

Also, I wonder if this whole "let's hide the villain til the movie comes out" thing is doing the DC films any favor. I mean, I like the idea, but it's not being executed very well.

BVS - "Scrap it. Let's just reveal the third act of the movie and Doomsday's horrible design."
Suicide Squad - Mismarketing. They gave the spotlight to a character who's barely in the movie (had no reason to be there either), but it's popular enough to get butts in seats.
Wonder Woman - So far they are doing a good job. But those comments make me concerned that in the end, this will not pay off.

Oh well...

I feel like I'm getting too upset over things that might not be true at all lol. Can't help it.

Well, Doctor Strange had a parallax like villain and the movie was still great. What concerns me more is that none of the new Dc movies so far have been that good.

Apparently, yesterday, Warner Bros. held a test screening for Wonder Woman, and now we know who's playing Ares (spoilers, duh!)

Plus: This weekend, at Toy Fair 2017, we got ourselves our first look at what he looks like in the film.
Spoiler: show

^Hmmm, not bad, I don't get the whole animal skull thing but I'm okay with it.

Excited for David Thewlis as Ares though. I wonder who Danny Huston is playing since most people thought he was Ares.

So the gods are definitely players in the DCEU...
http://uk.ign.com/articles/2017/03/06/15-things-we-learned-on-the-set-of-wonder-woman

It also looks like Aphrodite creates the amazon race which is strange to me. I thought Athena, the goddess of wisdom, knowledge and war, would be a much better fit for the amazons than the goddess of love and beauty.

I wonder which gods have been given the axe though. I hope its not Hera or Eris because I really want to see them in a sequel.

It looks really good...im getting more and more excited.
I really hope the movie can succeed, it could help showing WB the right direction.
Personally i still find everything i saw still a bit too pale and colorless, but its understandable in terms of the story and where/when it takes place.
