Intensive Treatment for sure - that was such a fantastic predator room. Must say I'm also really fond of the GCPD Bullpen from Origins, and Wayne Manor from City.

AA- Intensive Treatment, Silent Knight, Boiler Room, Botanical Gardens, the DLC one that I can never remember the name of with the skylight.
AC- Police Brutality, End of the Line, Batcave
AO- I really haven't played any enough to say.

Asylum was definitely superior for predator maps.

Botanical Gardens for AA.
Either End Of The Line or Wayne Manor for AC.
Haven't decided on a favourite for AO yet, though I've had some pretty badass Batman moments in the Bullpen and the one in Blackgate.

BAA: Library; Botanical Gardens; Aviary(I don't think it's been mentioned yet); Intensive care.

BAC: Train station; Wonder Tower (at the base); Wonder Tower (at the top); Museum; Batcave; Steel Mill; Zsasz's hideout; annnnnddd......... I can't think of any others that blew me away right now...

BAO: I'll come back to this after I finish the game.

I forgot a really good one! The Dry Docks from HQR. If only they packed it as a challenge map.

I really liked the museum in Arkham City. Maybe that's because I found the 'calm' music on it amazingly atmospheric.

My favorites from AA are Invisible Predator (Sewers) and Record Breaker (Arkham Mansion) for their interesting shaped rooms.

My favorites from AC are Natural Selection (Museum) having areas of the room different from others and behind the Steel Mill was fun even though it wasn't in Challenge Mode/Riddler's Revenge

My favorites from AO are Quiet Waters (Hotel) just being interesting with water around. I loved Wrecking Crew (Bridge) and Breaking In's (GCPD) maze like areas because you can easily sneak around instead of sitting on top of a vantage point.

From AA I'd have to say Intensive Treatment, Library and the Botanical Gardens. I find all of them very enthralling.

From AC it's hard to go past the top of Wonder Tower. Specifically though, the sequence in the main mission more so than the challenge maps. It's a different atmosphere having Strange in the room and Protocol 10 taking place.
Nobody cared who I was until I put on the mask.
