No Man's Land comes in five parts and it was previously pretty hard to find all five, but I believe they just started publishing the volumes again in like April, so if you go online you can easily find all five now. I know my local shop has Volume 1, 2 & 5 on the shelf right now and didn't have any of them a few weeks back.

Actually they are printing new editions that will collect an extra 80 issues that previously went uncollected.
There have been 4 volumes announced, although Vol3 would complete the story so what Vol4 contains nobody knows...

But they did leave out a few issues. These arnt really that important though so currently the new editions are the way to go.

anything with the question in it if somebody can reccomend something besides the dennis O' neil question series because i've already read that, i'd also like to read some good batman stories from anywhere between the 1980's-2003. I've read most of the famous ones from that era (year one, the dark knight returns, knightfall, etc) some obscure but good ones are what i'm looking for.

if anyone knows some good justice league stories i'd be interested in picking those up as well

Tower of Babel is a good Justice League arc.
A Batman saga I really like is War Games.
Theres three War Games Volumes, but get and read War Drums first, its the prelude. And if enjoy it and you want a follow up to it,get War Crimes which deals with the repercussions of War Games.

I've already read tower of babel and it was good, But i'd prefer a justice league story not focused on batman

and I have been wanting to pick those up for a long time, I'll see if i can get them on amazon.

You'll be after the new editions with 500+ pages:

Vol 1: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Batman-Mans-Lan ... 790&sr=8-2

Vol2: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Batman-Mans-Lan ... 790&sr=8-1

Vol3 (not out yet, placeholder cover): http://www.amazon.co.uk/Batman-No-Mans- ... 790&sr=8-3

and apparently a Vol4 which im not sure will even exist and might be a mistake on Amazons part:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Batman-No-Mans- ... 790&sr=8-4
