This scene is a testament to that I think:

I can tell that you squealed like a true fanboy at 1:07 when you saw this in cinemas, am I right? :oldyella:

But yeah, his voice sounds very Freeze-y. Me gusta.

You know me too well. :oldyella: Aye, there was lots of squealing. :oldyella:

I'm envisioning Cumberbatch styled Ice-puns now.

Save Cumberbatch for a bigger role like Martian Manhunter, best picks for Mr Freeze imo are Christopher Eccleston or Ralph Fiennes.

Arnold Swarghenger should have been the best Mr Freeze of all time...Damn you Schumaccer...

Fiennes never even occurred to me, but that's perfect

I doubt you'd be able to get Ralph Fiennes on board, however I think that Stanley Tucci would be a very good option. The man is a very versatile actor and is experienced at playing both good guys and bad guys. Plus, he looks the part just whack on some goggles and a fishbowl and you've got Mr Freeze.

I always thought Liev Schreiber would be good, he's can do emotions but also has a raw power to his movement that I think Mr Freeze would benefit from. Cumberbatch wouldn't really be my choice, I just don't think that he suits the role.

I honestly believe there is no one better suited for the role of Mr. Freeze than Alan Rickman :freeze:

Although I'm pretty insistent on Benedict being Martian Manhunter, I would make one exception & that would be Freeze.
I think he'd do a wonderful job.
But then again, I think he'd do a great job in any role, purely talent based.
& while I don't want to tweak his nipples, as someone edited to say, I wouldn't bar him out purely for that.
Those Cumberbabes will go see him in movies - which means more ticket sales! Weeeee!
