I told ya combining these two stories could work :oldyella: :

Spoiler: show
- The fight scenes in this movie were great, almost as good as the ones from Under the Red Hood
- There are a lot of great Damian/Bruce scenes
- Nightwing gets a decent amount of screentime
- there a small, easy to miss details like a Starfire cameo
- Damian keeps his promise not to kill throughout the movie
- Batman 666 is shown in a hallucination
- Talon was pretty cool

- Damian is (maybe) a little too competent
- It was kinda obvious that the blond woman Bruce dates is a member of the court
- the way the Court figures out Bruce identity is kind of silly...
- some of the dialogue was cheesy
- If Bruce had driven a Lamborghini instead of an Aston Martin he would have escaped from the Court

Overall I give the movie a 8.7/10 Its probably the best of all the new Dc animated movies set in that New 52 Animeverse.

"Batman vs. Robin"

As a movie it was very good, but as an adaptation it sucked balls. 8/10

Spoiler: show
A car chase :oldyella: i mean, supposedly the Court of Owls its a secret society that has been able to hide even from the Batman himself, so some guys in suits wearing masks in some fancy normal cars at a highway, yes, you know...
Also why Dick got his ass kicked so much in this movie? if i remember, in the last movie he was able to beat Damian when he tried to kill him but in this one, he got beaten up in a training.

The other fight scenes were so freaking awesome!!

Also, a little Joker reference at the beginning on the screen of the Batcomputer (maybe we are getting Death of the Family next?)

Spoiler: show
He tricked him last time, but Damian gave him some pretty nasty scars before that. Now the kid had more experience and Dick also managed to really make him angry at a bad time.

Still Nightwing really is kind of a punching bag in this movie. Espacially in the finale. And I also could image that some people would have liked to see Damian being soundly defeated in his fights like it would have happened to the comic version of the character.

Edit:

Found a lot of information about Gods and Monster that I haven´t seen posted anywhere else. You really should check it out, there is even a preview video -

Those Bruce Timm designs look awesome!

I watched BvR a few nights ago.
Spoiler: show
Enjoyed it plenty but I really didn't like the zombification of the Talons. They didn't really show how lethal each individual Talon is or take advantage of how unique the different Talons are, which is one of the best parts of that whole arc. I also would've liked to see some of the scenes from Court of Owls played out in animation form (Bruce falling from Lincoln March's office window and the hallucinations in the labrynth/battle with the Talon there). I understand it wasn't a Court of Owls adaptation so I was fine with how it was handled and just took it for what it was, I just really would have loved to see those things. The only thing I really didn't like was the Talons dying after 8 hours and basically being mindless ninja zombies.

First part of Gods and Monsters was really fun! The more gothic elements felt like a really zany Bram Stoker novel. :oldyella:

Really enjoyed it,too. I was surprised how violent they made it and yet how little blood you could actually see.
Wonder what happened to Harley Quinn.

Spoiler: show
Did Batman kill her? Turn her into his servant/another vampire or was he just sucking a bit of blood from her without it being lethal?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now I´ve seen the Superman episode,too...

Spoiler: show
The twist reminded me a lot of the old Anime Akira...

I haven't seen the Wonder Woman or Superman shorts yet, but I quite liked the Batman one. It was a neat idea, but I don't think Harley was the right villain to use for that particular scenario - the voice work by Tara Strong was top notch though.

No. There is a full movie which can be purchased in addition to these web episodes. I personally think the Superman episode is the best.
