Wow, this was absolutely fantastic to read. Even though some of the terminology escapes me, I really liked the way you spoke of Selina being likened to an almost 'death-like' figure, something I never even picked up on when I watched Returns.

Definitely going to impact the way I view the film now, and for the better I might add! :adam:

Jester this is awesome :) I wish that I could do Film Studies as a course, I'm applying for a combined English and Film for universities and this is exactly the type of work that I am looking to do.

I am actually currently editing the final draft for an Extended Essay that is on Film Studies.

Loved it, Jester! I'm fairly interested in Film Studies at A-Level, but I'm really struggling with my options :oldyella: Do you get to create a sequence from a film on your course?

Depends on where you go. Some colleges have a piece of coursework where you FILM a brief section of your film, others (like mine) just require you to write it up. I highly recommend it, it's a lot of fun and is the field I want to get into.

This got full marks when I got this back :)

Cheers. Must be an exam board thing - I'll have to look into what my college options offer... Congratulations on your full marks though!
