Possible role in Arkham 3
Dr. Kirk Langstrom, an eccentric zoologist dedicated to studying bats, is approached by Bruce Wayne/Thomas Elliot. Elliot asks Langstrom to create a cure for Killer Croc’s mutation, epidermalitic hypokarotosis. Langstrom after being threatened and bribed agrees. Langstrom had recently been working on a chemical that can turn people into half monster half human creatures. He simply had to bond the formula with certain animal DNA. Langstrom tries to tamper with the formula. He finally believes that he has perfected it and gives a container of the formula to Elliot. The formula backfires and mutates Killer Croc into an even more savage beast.
Langstrom panics after getting an angry call from Elliot and gives the serum to himself. He transforms into a beastly, human-like form of a bat. Langstrom is barely human in his beast form but still wants to find a cure. He attacks Wayne Enterprises chemical branch and savagely kills everyone inside. After several more attacks, the public starts to think Batman is the beast, even Commissioner James Gordon.
The real Batman breaks into Langstrom’s lab and discovers several strands of hair and a splotch of blood. After being analyzed it turns out that it was bat hair and a mix of human and bat blood. Batman leaves the samples at the GCPD. Commissioner Gordon believes Batman finally and decides to help him. Batman finds the files on Doctor Langstrom and tracks him down to a small medical building in the new park row of Gotham City. It turns out that a now further mutated, more savage Killer Croc had been helped in finding the place too. Batman finds Killer Croc standing over a bloodied and beaten Man Bat. Batman easily apprehends Killer Croc after injecting him with strong anti-venom his friend Lucius Fox created.
Man Bat had been tangled up in chains and therefore could not fly. Batman tries to get the chains off but ends up being scratched badly. Man Bat flies away after the chains come off. Batman grapples onto his leg. Batman eventually gets close enough to Man Bat to tackle through the air. Man Bat comes loose and continues falling. Batman grabs onto a building and shoots his grapple gun at Man Bat again. This time it catches a defeated Man Bat. After Man Bat passes out, Batman brings him to the Batcave for Lucius Fox and Alfred to cure him. Kirk wakes up and is questioned by Batman. He reveals some parts of the “Hush” plan that he knows about and helps Batman throughout the rest of the game. Thanks to Guest.

For a possible role in the third game, I do recall someone suggesting Man Bat would be a good choice for Batman to have a chase across the Gotham Sky, putting all of your knowledge and skills with the grapple boost and any other new gadgets to the test.

It would be great if he could be in an aerial boss battle where Batman has to outmaneuver him aerially to a desired location where he can flip the circumstances on him.

Odds: 5/10
Role: a possible creature that grams batman for crimes. (( EXAMPLE: " it was a giant bat ! It just came down ! " ))
Batman must investage these crimes in order to prove he is innocent. Jim gorden slowly losses faith in batman and ultimately believes that batman is guilt. Until batman proves his innocene. Batman collect some hair and a few claws. Looking at the DNA he sees what has been happening and figures out his next target. With the help of The GCPD ( this Is after he proves his innocene )) leads to a battle in the skies and a gliding battle. When man bat is deafeat he screams and flies away. Put a GCPD officer shots him in his wing and sends in crashing down. When trying to find man-bay's body. Batman only finds blood... Human blood.

Possible role in Arkham 3: I could see Man-Bat either being a crazy Zoologist who's addicted to his own medicine! or chasing batman on a personal matter! or it would be cool if he played a big part in Arkham 3 but doubt it! :?:

Essential Reading: Batman: Man Bat (Batman Beyond), BATTLE FOR THE COWL: MAN-BAT #1

chance of appering 5/10

role- man bat could have a interesting role if evereryone belived batman had turned evil, with hush making people belive bruce is comiting crimes and man-bat turning the people of gotham against batman, this could really screw up batman. so a possible allience between hush and man-bat in arkaham three? it's a possibility. also man-bat could really put you gliding skills to test, or a chance to use the batwing.

Very nice theory!

Man Bat was my favorite villain as a child.
In terms of gameplay, he would be awesome, proposing a crazy boss fight.
But I think Killer Croc will also have a boss fight in A3, and two freak monsters seems too much.

Man Bat Story: after Penguin buys the Gotham Zoo and Gotham descends into chaos after most of Batman's villains escape their confinements Batman is attacked by Man Bat and brought to Gotham Zoo, where we soon learn that Penguin has captured Man Bat and is forcing him to do his bidding, and also has firefly in his employ, after fighting through many zoo traps and many of penguins men and military grade equipment, batman finally reaches the caged Man Bat, who is in human form, and asks for his help and kirk reverts back to Man bat to help Batman, later Batman is attacked by firefly but Man bat intervenes and fights Firefly and after a boss battle , batman and man bat subdue him and make their way to the Penguins main chamber, but penguin reveals that he has a shock collar which he has been using to control Man Bat and Batman is forced to fight Man bat as they fight while gliding through the Gotham skies until Btaman defeats him and penguin and locks them both in a cage with each other, with Man Bat physically beating Penguin. i thought this was a good idea and fits the fact that in an arkham game Man Bat would best suit a captive minion or henchmen with a big role, liek harley to Joker

I'm feeling a wee bit smug since this character was the first to come to mind reading that clue of yours.

Chances of Appearing in Arkham 3:
8/10

Possible Role in Arkham 3:
I think that Man-Bat is a logical choice for the next game, since, out of the more major villains that Rocksteady have yet to use, he's arguably the greatest - or, alternatively, the most interesting - physical threat to Batman. Though the biggest reason I can see Rocksteady using Man-Bat is because he can offer something that we've yet to see in an Arkhamverse game: an aerial battle. (Aside from the TYGER helicopters, which could be considered aerial battles, but aren't as developed as what could be done with Man-Bat.)
